You must possess all requirements below

✨ You’re the ONE if you have:
✅ Permanent Makeup Mastery (PMU Artist Level)
✅ Eyelash Extension Expert (Classic, Volume, Mega, Hybrid)
✅ Certified Trainer – Conducts professional classes with teaching certification
✅ Nail Technician Pro – Full acrylic, gel, builder, nail art
✅ Award-Winning Champion – 1st Place Overall in Permanent Makeup Championship + multiple awards required
✅ Social Media Wizard – Creates viral ads, reels, and content that convert
✅ Booking & Systems Boss – Manages appointments, client flow, and CRM like a pro
✅ Sales-Driven Leader – Runs weekly strategy meetings to skyrocket revenue
✅ Team Captain – Motivates, trains, and builds a high-performance culture

ALL IS REQUIRED ☝

🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔹 Lead daily operations – Oversee salon schedule, hygiene standards, stock control & supplier relations
🔹 Drive revenue growth – Implement upselling strategies, launch promotions, track KPIs (retail sales, rebooking rates, average ticket)
🔹 Train & mentor staff – Run hands-on workshops, skill audits, and performance reviews
🔹 Create & execute marketing – Design monthly social media calendars, paid ads, collabs with influencers
🔹 Host premium classes – Teach PMU, lashes & nails certification courses (in-house + external)
🔹 Client experience excellence – Handle VIP clients, resolve escalations, maintain 5⭐ reviews
