Booking Fee

We will require $50 booking fee to all new and returning clients. No Booking fee means No Confirmed Booking from us. We also require a screenshot of your proof of payment, you will receive a confirmation of your booking. This will also apply for your recurring bookings, each booking will need to pay your booking fee of $50 prior to your appointment.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to change your service date after booking your appointment, please ensure that you cancel 48 hours before the actual date. This will help us to attend to other clients who might be interested in booking appointments on the same date.

We understand that there might be emergency in our daily routine, wether we are sick on that day or called in for work or any possible and valid reason. That is why we are giving a ONE-TIME EMERGENCY CANCELLATION free of charge to all. Meaning its only one time same day cancellation. We are tracking our records of clients whom already given this opportunity so with your next same day cancellation we are very STRICT about implementing the $50 deposit from the actual appointment and if no show and same day cancellation you will forfeit your deposit.

This payment fee will need to be transfer in our bank account on the same day of cancellation. If you fail to pay or simply dont text/email us back to talk about the situation, then we have no choice but to ban you in our booking system. NO EXEMPTIONS. Altho we are not looking forward to this charges and losing you, however, this is our way to avoid same day cancellations in the long process so everybody is happy including your technician who always wants the best for you and your happiness. If we dont work we dont get paid. If you keep this as your habit of cancelling on your day of appointment, then you are only losing your chance of getting an appointment with us. Not to mention it is not fair to other clients who wants your booking spot.

Lets say you pay for your cancellation fee, but still you have the habit of cancelling your appointment on the same day, this is NOT the kind of client we are looking for. It is still in our best interest if we dont have to worry from time to time coz we already trust that you are coming to your appointment or vice versa. Isnt it great to have a habit of trust and respect to each other in the long process? 

Payment Requirements

• Clients will be required to pay after every session

Clients will have to pay at our shop after their eyelash extension session is complete. There will be no differed payments to later dates. Please carry the service fee on your treatment day if you wish to pay by cash.

• We will require screenshots for bank and card payments

For clients who prefer to pay through bank or card, you will have to pay after your session and provide screenshots to confirm payment. We want to avoid dishonest clients who say they have paid via bank only to find no trace of their transfer when we check our bank records.

For 12 sessions or 24 sessions Package  Deal Holders Cancellations/Rescheduling

Please give atlease 24 to 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling otherwise you will lose one session if failed to cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours or same day cancellations.

Our Refund Policy

Stricly NO REFUND for every session or package holder, we highly encourage to set the automatic booking every 2 weeks for a 6 months package 12 sessions or 1 year package 24 sessions. We only allow 1 month extensions from the date of purchase to validate your booking appointments. However we have a new lashes skin treatment packages promotion that we guarantee 100% money back.

Our Retouch Policy

We are giving free retouch policy to our new and existing clients if your lashes fell off within 3 to 5 days. This offer is only for regular sessions but not for thr package deal. Let us know on the 3rd or 4th day of whats going on with your lashes if you think its not the normal 3-5 lash shedding per eye per day so we can schedule your free retouch on the 5th day if you wanted to redeem your free retouch as part of your benefit being luxe lashes valued customer. However, we will charge accordingly on the 6th day onwards. We would like to minimize the retouch policy to our esteemed clients as we will going to offer all regular clients to take advantage of the yearly package so we both have a win-win situation. However, our free retouch policy offers only for our regular sessions but not for the package deal.

We always encourage all of you to use our booking site to avoid double booking. We are getting so busy and sometimes we tend to forget to book you so  what we are trying to maintain is the best experience for everyone not to have double bookings and get disappointed so it is highly requested to use our booking system so you can choose your own time and date according to your availability. We also have automated Pre-booking system every 2 or 3 weeks for your next sessions which is highly recommended so you wont be disappointed. Just let us know if you want automated pre-booking and we will set this up for you.
