Booking Fee

We will require $50 booking fee to all new and returning clients. No Booking fee means No Confirmed Booking from us. We also require a screenshot of your proof of payment, you will receive a confirmation of your booking. This will also apply for your recurring bookings, each booking will need to pay your booking fee of $50 prior to your appointment.

If you need to change your service date after booking your appointment, please ensure that you cancel 12-48 hours before the actual date. This will help us to attend to other clients who might be interested in booking appointments on the same date.

Terms of Payment for Same-day Cancellations

We are very STRICT about implementing the $50 deposit from the actual appointment and if no show and same day cancellation you will forfeit your deposit.

Luxe Lashes requires clients who cancel their appointment to transfer a fee to our bank for same day cancellation. In case you don’t forward the payment and fail to send us a text or email to discuss the situation, we have no option but to ban you.

As Luxe Lashes, we strive to offer fair treatment for all our customers. This means that we offer NO EXEMPTION to any client. Our payment terms apply equally across the board without any favor to specific clients. We have no intention of charging our clients, but our main aim is to discourage same day cancellation.

Why do we want to discourage same day cancelation? We understand that people have emergencies or commitments that might drive them to cancel their appointment. On the other hand, we have to consider the loss of business that cancellations costs us. It’s also an inconvenience to customers who miss the opportunity to book the spot.

Another point we want to put across is that we are not excited to receive the cancellation fee. In fact, our hope is that customers inform us a few days before their appointment. If you make this a habit, then it becomes unprofessional. It creates frequent inconveniences that make our job difficult. All we want is to offer reliable and timely services to our lash clients. Same day cancellations make this difficult to achieve because customers lack the opportunity to make bookings.

Please make our job easier by avoiding same day cancellations so that we can serve you to the best of our abilities. We thank our regular clients and welcome everyone who wants professional lash extension services.

Payment Requirements

• Clients will be required to pay after every session. We accept bank transfer only as we dont have eftpos.

Clients will have to pay at our shop after their eyelash extension session is complete. There will be no differed payments to later dates. Please carry the service fee on your treatment day if you wish to pay by cash.

• We will require screenshots for bank transfer payments

For clients who prefer to pay through bank transfer, you will have to pay after your session and provide screenshots to confirm payment. We want to avoid dishonest clients who say they have paid via bank only to find no trace of their transfer when we check our bank records.

For 24 sessions Package  Deal Holders Cancellations/Rescheduling

Please give atlease 24 to 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling otherwise you will lose one session if failed to cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours or same day cancellations.

Our Retouch Policy

We are giving free retouch policy to our new and existing clients if your lashes fell off within 3 to 5 days. This offer is only for regular sessions but not for the package deal. Let us know on the 3rd or 4th day of whats going on with your lashes if you think its not the normal 3-5 lash shedding per eye per day so we can schedule your free retouch on the 5th day if you wanted to redeem your free retouch as part of your benefit being luxe lashes valued customer. However, we will charge accordingly on the 6th day onwards. We would like to minimize the retouch policy to our esteemed clients as we will going to offer all regular clients to take advantage of the yearly package so we both have a win-win situation.

Details on Our Free Retouch Policy

Luxe Lashes would like to make some clarity on how our free retouch policy works to avoid any confusion. Our retouch policy applies exclusively for our regular sessions; it does not apply for the package deal. Customers are limited to only two free retouch sessions.

In case you get a first and second lash treatment that is not satisfactory to you, we are ready to offer a free first and second retouch. We, however, recommend that you try a different technician in case you feel your expectations are not met within those sessions.

The sole aim of Luxe Lashes is to provide our clients with the best value for their money. If we are unable to achieve that within our sessions or retouch policy, the noblest thing is to allow the client to try a different technician. This comes as a polite request because we want to offer the best we can to our esteemed clients.

Our goal is to maintain happy clients who come to our salon because of what we offer. We want you as a customer to get the right value for your money. You can always come back in case you don’t find what you were looking for from other lash technicians. We are always ready to welcome you with open arms.

Lash Extension Protocol

Luxe Lashes protocol for lash extensions involves getting a new set, followed by three refills, after which the old set must be removed, and a new set applied. The reason behind this protocol is to ensure that all old glue is removed, and a fresh set is applied. This eliminates glue residue, allowing the technician to work properly. Even if some of the old lashes have fallen out, glue residue remains, which can cause the technician to use more glue to stick them. This can lead to damage to the natural lashes as they stick to neighboring lashes. Moreover, old glue on the lashes makes it harder to stick the new set, which can cause the lashes to fall off more quickly.

For refills, returning clients are eligible within 2-3 weeks. However, for returning clients after 4 weeks, it will be considered a new set price for an infill session. This is because after 4 weeks, most extensions have grown out and fallen off.

To ensure the best outcome, it is important to follow this protocol and only do three refills before getting a new set. While it may be tempting to save money by only doing a refill and skipping the removal and new set, this will not result in the best outcome. If a new set is not within your budget, it is recommended that you wait 6-8 weeks after your refill session until all the lashes have fallen out, along with the glue residues, before getting a fresh set.

If waiting 6-8 weeks is not an option, it is best to find another technician that is suitable to your budget. We understand that budget constraints can be a concern, but the health and longevity of your lashes should not be compromised. You can always return to us when you are ready to invest in a fresh set. Ultimately, following this protocol will result in healthier, longer-lasting lashes.

Our Refund Policy

Stricly NO REFUND for every session or package holder, we highly encourage to set the automatic booking every 2 weeks for every session and 1 year package 24 sessions. We only allow 1 month extensions from the date of purchase to validate your booking appointments.

As a reputable lash enterprise, we take pride in adhering to strict guidelines when it comes to our refund policies. We understand that clients may seek refunds for various reasons and we aim to provide a satisfactory resolution to such claims. However, we require proof of evidence to consider such requests.

In the event of a refund request, we may offer exemptions under certain circumstances, provided that clients furnish photographic evidence or other suitable forms of proof. We may also offer a partial refund of 50% of the payment for a new set, provided that we were given the opportunity to perform the removal ourselves rather than seeking the services of another technician. For instance, if a client pays $200 for both the removal and a new set, we do not refund 50% of the removal costs but rather 50% of the new set, which amounts to $80.

If clients decide to have their lashes removed by another technician without informing us of any concerns within 5 days of their initial session with us, they will not be eligible for any refund. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any complications or issues that may arise from the work of other technicians.

Clients who wish to claim a refund are advised to provide us with proof of evidence, as this is crucial in facilitating the resolution of the issue. Such evidence may include photographs or any other suitable forms of documentation that show the issue or complication being claimed. We will thoroughly examine the evidence provided and take appropriate action to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the resolution.

We understand that refund policies can be a sensitive issue, and we want our clients to know that we are committed to finding satisfactory resolutions for any issues they may encounter. Therefore, we appreciate their cooperation and understanding in these matters.

We always encourage all of you to use our booking site to avoid double booking. We are getting so busy and sometimes we tend to forget to book you so  what we are trying to maintain is the best experience for everyone not to have double bookings and get disappointed so it is highly requested to use our booking system so you can choose your own time and date according to your availability. We also have automated Pre-booking system every 2 or 3 weeks for your next sessions which is highly recommended so you wont be disappointed.
